What a special day! 🐴✨️

Thank you Chris Dunn for showing me around this incredible space and letting me snuggle these majestic creatures (and hug some trees!).

The energy of the horses is so healing and the land surrounding them is so peaceful and regulating. Chris walked me around the property, we did breathwork amongst the trees, and we found horses that connected with me. I felt immediately more present and that time was bending. The horses are powerful but also incredibly gentle and soothing. I highly recommend this experience to anyone.

We are excited to be working on an event combining the heart opening and grounding experience of horses with ceremonial cacao 💜.

✨️ Uganda cacao in my mug from my Mexico retreat near Sayulita. Also added mushroom powder and local honey today. So so good and uplifting after feeling like energy has been really heavy around this Scorpio full moon.✨️

✨️✨️Join me for a sacred cacao ceremony designed to open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself and community.✨️✨️

We'll gather with ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine. You'll experience the heart-opening properties of cacao while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space.

After sharing cacao, you will be grounded further into the medicine with a sound healing experience featuring a variety of instruments to help heal your body on a cellular level and heighten feelings of relaxation. Expect guided meditation, intention setting, a creative exercise and journal prompts to ground your experience further.

Please bring a mat or blanket to sit/lay on and a journal and pen. (I will have extra mats if needed).

There are a few scholarships available at discounted prices if you’d like to experience working with this medicine but can’t afford the cost of entry this time. Please email me for more information.
