Looking for 10 people who want to commit to a 5 week weight loss challenge at Big House Fitness. Starting Monday January 9th, and ending February 16th. 5 week challenge to see who can loose the most! Workout at 5am 12pm or 7pm Monday through Thursday. All workouts will be a group setting open format . I will be in the gym helping all participants. There will also be some nutritional guidance that of course is optional.
Workout as much or as little at Big House or on your own.
$200 sign up
Winner will receive $800 payout

Sober 5 year anniversary

I recover out loud so those suffering silently have a voice.
Was a rough year, the hardest by far to remain sober. Losing one of my best friends to cancer , testing skin cancer over 70% of my face, double mastectomy for breast cancer. I very much wished at times there was a way to turn down the volume of my life . However with the strength of my friends and family I chose to remain sober. The only thing alcohol would have done is cause chaos during crisis.. my faith in humanity ,family and friendships are firmly intact ❤️

Self care Sunday!!! Quick inflammation killer !!! Fresh filled kids pools work for a great substitute icebath , this affects healing from injuries and joint inflammation and most importantly lymphatic drainage!!!! Shoot for 5 minutes I'm up to 8 😉
