3 Things I Would NEVER Do to My Skin 👀

As a skincare professional, these are three habits I avoid, and I want you to avoid them too:

1. Pick at my skin 🚫
Picking can turn a small blemish into inflammation, scarring, and pigmentation that can take months to correct.

2. Constantly change my skincare products 🔄
Skincare needs consistency! Your skin needs time. Often at least one full skin cycle to start showing real results. Constantly switching products can make it impossible to know what’s actually working.

3. Go outside without SPF ☀️
Sunny, cloudy, summer, winter, it doesn’t matter. UV exposure happens year-round, and daily SPF is one of the best things you can do to help prevent premature aging and sun damage.
