I wish someone had told me this when I was a college athlete - often pushing myself to the limit physically day in and day out.
Exercise is wonderful but more / constant intensity does not always equal better. Intense training becomes a problem when you exceed your body's ability to recover, especially when nutrition, sleep, stress, and overall hormone support aren't equipped with maxing your energy output.😅🫠
