Achieving Cures Together

Achieving Cures Together Achieving Cures Together supports academic research focused on alternative, natural therapies in order to progress cures for persistent chronic diseases.

Achieving Cures Together is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to finding cures by supporting research in emerging areas of science. As a patient you often wonder, "Why are there so many drugs and so few cures?" We are exploring this question by supporting research opportunities where the financial model might not suffice, yet there is tremendous scientific potential. To do this, we collaborate with

other research programs, and bring bright, creative, and impassioned people together to be a part of a solution. Our number one priority is to support the operations of a GMP facility. This facility enables production of a high-quality, encapsulated gut-microbe product to be used in advancing life-changing research. As a supplier of this product, we will play an important role in microbiome research.

Did you know there are more microbial cells in your gut than there are human cells in your entire body? These tiny organisms play a crucial role in our health and wellbeing, and they help to shape our immunity, digestion, and even our mental health.
At Achieving Cures Together, we're proud to support the research that's turning this science into real treatments. Through our partnership with the University of Minnesota's Microbiota Therapeutics Program, we've helped fund breakthroughs in microbiota transplant therapy that have helped thousands of patients fight life-threatening recurrent C.difficile infections and advance research in areas like ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, autism, ALS, and more. Today on World Microbiome Day, we celebrate the trillions of tiny organisms working behind the scenes to keep us healthy and to the research bringing their power into the light.
