I recently updated my booking page to include some add-ons! Previously, I only offered hot stones as a bookable service add-on. Check out what I have now with the current pricing:

💆🏼‍♀️ Face & Scalp Massage (+15 mins of time) - $20
Enjoy targeted work to release tension in your scalp and face without losing time on the rest of your body! An extra layer of pampering that’s hard to refuse.

🔥Hot Stones - $15
By combining the soothing warmth of heated stones with massage, you can experience relief from muscle tension, enhanced circulation, and rejuvenation from head to toe!

🫧 Dynamic Cupping - $10
This type of cupping uses silicone cups to run across the muscles in order to help pull fascia layers apart and improve mobility. At times, they are left on spot for a few minutes but it rarely leaves lasting marks.

🧺 Warm Towels - $5
Soothe soreness and tightness with a warm towel in needed areas. Take a deep breath and enjoy the heat for a bit with this enhancement.

Thank you to every client who’s left me a positive review, they do so much more than show new clients why they should choose me. They also give me the motivation on those days where it feels like I don’t know what I’m doing (a clear case of imposter syndrome).

The main thing to know is that if I’m changing over the room in between clients, I may not be in the lobby to greet you. Please fill out the intake form with all important and correct information. Read over my policies and make sure you’re well informed. Feel free to use the restroom at this time as well. I will come and bring you upstairs shortly!

Before we get started, we’ll go over your history with massage and medical incidents. You can tell me anything of importance at this time, and I will work up a plan to target your needs, and inform you of my flow.

When we’re done with the session, I’ll meet you back downstairs to checkout and provide some goodies like a bottle of water and my new client gift.

Despite the challenges at the beginning of this year, I completed my class in the entrepreneurship program at Francis Tuttle. I received a certification in ‘Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management’. I learned how to put myself out there, network and ask the questions that I’d previously be too nervous to know the answer to. I found out a lot about myself, and had a wonderful instructor to lead me along the way. I’m so grateful that I took this leap several months ago, and it is bitter sweet to move on.

I loved my experience with Francis Tuttle and I’d recommend anyone to take the leap and earn further education with them. Their campuses and instructors are top of the line.

Thank you Ms. Williams for a great experience and helping me through my business’s transition. Thank you to my classmates for supporting me through the whole year. I truly loved seeing you grow as much as I did. Seeing bright young people prepare for their adult lives is so inspiring in a world that can sometimes seem bleak.

And finally, thank you to my wonderful clients for following me on this journey. I could not be more grateful that you’ve stuck by me, and for that, I will continue to stick by you!

Yesterday was my first day in the new location! I’m still working out my routines but it’s a wonderful place. Nobody had trouble finding it yesterday, but if you do, don’t hesitate to reach out!!

Big news + a special milestone 🌿✨

If you didn’t receive my email, Refresh Massage Therapy will be in a new location starting March 1st! 🪴

Also… Happy 3rd Birthday to Refresh!! 🥥🌺🎉I truly can’t express how grateful I am for each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and being part of my journey these past 3 years. Your support means everything to me 🤍

My studio is located on the 2nd floor (stairs only), my prices will remain the same, and my commitment to providing you with a relaxing, restorative experience remains my top priority. 🌞🌴
