Hypnosis isn’t magic, and the client still does the work, but it can be pretty amazing when something that used to be difficult begins to feel natural. I worked with this lovely woman for 5 sessions, ending mid-March and she just sent me this text. AND she wants to come back this fall for more self-hypnosis recognitions.

I’ll be hosting an informal, fun, and educational evening at the beautiful Chapelwood Financial Services Conference Center. The date will be announced based on interest.

Admission is completely free. There’s no sales pressure and no obligation—just come with an open mind, learn something fascinating, ask questions, and maybe even share a few laughs.

So why am I doing this?

Because six years ago, I knew absolutely nothing about hypnosis.

In early 2020, my life felt like it was unraveling.

I’d finally ended a toxic relationship, but he was still living under my roof with no intention of leaving.

After years as a nurse anesthetist, I was burned out.

My father had passed away unexpectedly, and my 90-year-old mother was declining rapidly while still living alone just five miles away.

I was also responsible for more than 20 animals at my animal sanctuary.

I kept asking myself, “What’s my second act?”

Teaching? Becoming a park ranger? Working for the post office? I had no idea. I only knew that this couldn’t be all there was for me.

At the time, nearly every part of my life felt out of my control.

Except one.

That one decision changed everything.
