Many women notice changes in their 40s and 50s and wonder what happened to their energy, sleep, mood, motivation, or sense of well-being.

Often, the answer lies in what I call the Hormone Trio:
🌸 Estrogen
Supports mood, brain function, skin health, bone health, and menstrual cycle regulation.
⚡ Testosterone
Supports energy, strength, motivation, confidence, and libido.
🌙 Progesterone
Supports calm, restorative sleep, and stability of the uterine lining.

During perimenopause and menopause, these hormones don't simply decline, they fluctuate. Sometimes dramatically.

As estrogen fluctuates, women may experience hot flashes, brain fog, mood changes, or disrupted sleep.

As testosterone declines, energy, motivation, strength, and libido may decrease.
