Could your cycle be affecting your mood more than you realize? 🧠🩷

PMDD is more than PMS. For some women, the days leading up to their period can bring significant changes in mood, anxiety, irritability, energy, sleep, concentration, and even how they feel about themselves.

One of the best places to start?
**Track it📱**

Track your cycle AND your symptoms daily for at least 2 cycles. Pay attention to when symptoms start, when they’re at their worst, and when you begin to feel like yourself again.

You can use a free cycle-tracking app, Apple Health, or even the Notes app on your phone. The tool matters less than being consistent!

Seeing the pattern can give you and your healthcare provider valuable information to determine whether PMDD—or something else—could be contributing to how you’re feeling.

And if it is PMDD, there are treatment options. You don’t have to just dread that part of every month. 💛
