I try to catch the sunset as often as I can. Twenty minutes, no phone, nothing to figure out. It’s the one part of my day that asks nothing of me.
I bring it up because so many of the women I work with have stopped doing the version of this that’s theirs.
Not on purpose.
It’s just that when you’re running on empty by six, the walk down to the water is the first thing to go. Then the evening with friends. Then the thing you used to do on Saturdays.
The chronic bloating is what she books a call about. Feeling like herself again is what she’s actually after.
