Feeding support should be for every family.

That means creating space for LGBTQ+ parents, non-birthing parents, trans and nonbinary parents, adoptive parents, intended parents, and every family structure in between.

Whether you are breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, bottle feeding, or figuring it out one day at a time, you deserve support that is affirming, practical, and centered on your family.

We are so excited to invite you to our Open House as we celebrate our new space!

Join us for an opportunity to connect with community, meet our team, and learn more about how we support breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding families.

⏰10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📍3925 Blenheim Blvd, Unit 52B, Fairfax (within Renew Art Therapy)

Light refreshments will be provided, along with plenty of time for connection and conversation. Whether you are a community partner, fellow provider, or simply curious about our practice, we would love to welcome you and share our space with you.

When a baby struggles to feed, it is often their body or nervous system asking for support.
Not a sign of failure. Not a sign that you are doing something wrong.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust that feeling.

Cluster pumping and power pumping can both support milk supply—but they’re not the same. 🤍

Power pumping is a structured pump/rest session over about an hour. Cluster pumping is shorter, more frequent pumps over a few hours, similar to baby cluster feeding.

Cluster pumping may work faster, while power pumping can feel easier to manage. Whichever you choose, pumping should feel comfortable and your flanges should fit well.
