✨🌟 SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT 🌟✨

We are so excited to highlight the incredible speakers. We will have our upcoming women’s wellness Summit! Meet Dr. Jessica Danielson(she/her) is an Associate Professor of Practice at North Dakota State University, a Licensed Practicing Clinical Counselor in North Dakota, a certified supervisor in North Dakota and Minnesota, the President of North Dakota's Counseling Association, and Chair of North Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners. She is also active in regional and national organizations through committees and mentorship programs. Jessica regularly presents at state, regional, and national conferences on a variety of topics including creativity in practice, supervision, teaching, and relational cultural theory. She identifies as feminist and strives to infuse it in all areas of her work as a counselor, supervisor, educator, and researcher. Personally, Jessica enjoys cats, plants, coffee shops, travel, and trying new things.

We are so excited for her talk, ✨Resilience: Surviving vs. Thriving ✨ Are you tired of adapting? What is the difference between surviving and thriving? Can resiliency be toxic? Explore the answers to these questions in this keynote session. Attendees will examine their relational patterns and how these patterns contribute to resiliency. The presenter will utilize experiential interaction, discussion, and PowerPoint.

We live in a culture that often celebrates pushing through, doing more, and ignoring the signals our bodies are sending us.

But your worth is not determined by how much you can accomplish while running on empty.

Your best is not what you can do when you’re overriding exhaustion, stress, overwhelm, or burnout. Your best is what you can do while honoring your nervous system, respecting your limits, and caring for yourself along the way.

Rest isn’t a reward for getting everything done. It’s a biological need. Boundaries aren’t weakness. They’re a form of wisdom. And slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.

🌿 Workshop: From Doing to Being: A Gentle Workshop to Reconnect with Yourself

In this gentle workshop, life coach Jodi Monk guides you through a deeply restorative experience designed for women who are tired of doing and ready to simply be. We’ll begin lying down with a guided breathwork and somatic movement sequence to help you arrive fully in your body — many of us forget what that even feels like. From there, Jodi will introduce a powerful yet simple framework for understanding why so many women feel disconnected from themselves, followed by guided journaling questions designed to open the door back to who you really are underneath all the roles and responsibilities. We’ll close with a body scan and a few simple somatic tools you can take home and use anytime life gets loud. You’ll leave feeling grounded, seen, and with a little more of yourself than you walked in with.
