th professional who continues to offer affordable, accessible, and effective mental health care to residents of the West Hartford, Avon, Farmington, Bloomfield, and surrounding areas, including all of CT, MA, and RI. She is a highly trained specialist in Clinical Social Work who is authorized and licensed by the state of Connecticut to practice psychotherapy in CT. Celeste provides individual and group psychotherapy to adults with mental health, addiction, and spiritual issues in all phases of life. To increase quality-of-life, she utilizes an eclectic approach combining standard psychiatric techniques. Standard Psychotherapeutic services include: individual and group psychotherapy; diagnostic (DSM-IV/5) assessments; treatment planning; case management and/or client advocacy; liaisons with community providers; referrals and medication consultations with psychiatrists, APRNs, and PCPs. Celeste believes in a holistic approach to therapy that integrates the body, mind and spirit. With abundant resources, she is able to offer clients a multi-faceted approach to therapy. Her eclectic approach combines multiple techniques to formulate an individualized program of healing for each patient. As a mental health practitioner committed to serving others, Celeste accepts most insurances and offers a sliding scale. She currently accepts:
◾Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
◾Cigna,
◾United Behavioral Health/Optum,
◾Value Options,
◾Multi-Plan
◾Medicare, and
◾Connecticut Exchange patients.
◾Phone and Skype sessions are available for long-distance, however, are not covered by insurance.
◾Celeste offers a Sliding Scale to the uninsured,
◾And accepts Master-Card, Visa, and Health Savings Cards.
◾Sliding scale range is on the honor system- beginning at $125.00 per 45-minute session and dropping to $75.00. Individuals are encouraged to keep in mind that it is human nature to value what we pay for. Member of the Association for Spirituality & Psychotherapy
