**Sponsor Spotlight: Adapt Performance Physio💥**

Recovery is just as important as training.

We're proud to have **Adapt Performance Physio** in Fenton, Missouri, as a sponsor of Fairtex Fight USA. Led by **Dr. Zoe**, who is not only a Doctor of Physical Therapy but also a martial artist herself, Adapt understands what it takes to keep people moving at their best.

In this video, you'll see Pro Fighter Tre Lewis getting his hips worked on as part of his fight camp. Whether you're training for competition, chasing a fitness goal, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to move without pain, quality treatment can make all the difference.

A big thank you to Dr. Zoe and the entire Adapt Performance Physio team for supporting and helping athletes and everyday people perform at their highest level.

If you're in the St. Louis area and looking for a physical therapist who truly understands movement, be sure to check them out.

When it comes to back pain, sometimes the hips need a little love. And sometimes, it's the muscles of the hips we don't usually think about.

Those hip rotators can be weak and tight when back pain pops up. So let's loosen them up and get em strong!

Try this exercise out and let me know how it feels.

It doesn't matter how much you know or how talented you are. Everybody needs to have a trusted professional to help them out sometimes.

Lately, I've had a lot of tightness in my back and jaw. This was my first time seeing Dr. Noah, and he's great! I go back next week.
