This is a space to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and regulate the nervous system through the power of conscious breath. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or simply needing a reset, breathwork creates space for clarity, grounding, and healing from within.

No experience is necessary. Just come as you are.

There comes a moment when holding it all together becomes more exhausting than letting go.

The Surrender Series at Healing Hearts is not about giving up. It’s about softening the grip. Releasing the constant need to control outcomes, carry old pain, anticipate every possibility, or protect yourself from feeling deeply.

Beginning June 7th, this 4-week Breathwork and integration journey is designed to help you reconnect with the part of yourself that no longer wants to survive in tension.

Through guided Breathwork, nervous system regulation, reflection, and honest inner work, we will explore what it means to:
• release emotional heaviness
• trust yourself again
• move through resistance
• soften fear and overprotection
• create space for peace, clarity, and connection

Surrender is not weakness.
It is the moment the armor becomes too heavy to keep wearing.
