Let’s welcome Michael to the Compete team!
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Norwich University, where he was a four-year starting collegiate football player and completed four years of Navy ROTC as a member of the Norwich University Corps of Cadets. Throughout his time at Norwich, Michael held multiple leadership positions within the Corps, highlighted by serving as the Regimental Master Fitness Trainer, where he oversaw physical fitness and training standards for more than 1,100 cadets.
Michael later earned his Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Merrimack College. During his graduate studies, he served as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Northeastern University, contributing to the performance development of Division I athletes across several sports, including hockey, rowing, baseball, field hockey, and soccer.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Michael brings a combination of collegiate playing experience, military leadership, and Division I performance coaching experience to his work with athletes at Compete Sports Performance & Rehab.
