What makes Thrive Neuro Therapy different?

Our Team.

We are fully staffed with Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Medical Speech Pathologists, all focused on adults living with neurological diagnoses.

That means when you come to us, the right specialists are already here and ready.

For families in the River Valley, a fully staffed team makes a real difference. You are seen sooner, without long waitlists. You work with therapists who specialize in conditions like Parkinson's, stroke, and dysphagia every single day. Your physical and speech therapy stay coordinated under one roof, so your care moves as one plan instead of scattered pieces.

Neurological recovery asks a lot of a person. You deserve a team with the depth and expertise to meet you there.

If you or someone you love is navigating a neurological diagnosis, we would be honored to help. Call (479) 222-1425 or request an appointment by sending a DM.

Please help us welcome Faith Rossi to the Thrive Neuro Therapy family!

Faith joins our team as a future Med SLP and we could not be more excited to have her! She earned her Master's in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas, where she graduated with top honors (Summa Cum Laude), and she brings hands-on experience across swallowing, feeding, aphasia, and cognitive-communication care for both children and adults.

Her training in swallowing and feeding fits right into the heart of what we do, and her warmth with patients and families shows the moment you meet her. Faith also minored in Spanish, so she can connect with even more families across our community.

Her first day is tomorrow. If you see her around, give her a warm River Valley welcome. She is from Fort Smith and excited to be back home!

Welcome to the team, Faith. We are so glad you are here!

Swallowing issues are rarely just one thing — and they’re never one-size-fits-all.

A quality swallow study gives us the information we need to understand why something is happening, not just what’s going wrong. And it is definitely not just pass or fail. Once we know what is working and what isn't, decisions about diet, strategies, & exercises can be made together — with the whole person in mind.

Because recommendations that ignore the big picture... quality of life, hydration, nutrition, or comfort can unintentionally create new problems.

At Thrive Neuro Therapy, we believe:
• Treatment works best when it’s personalized
• Education empowers better outcomes
• Seeing your swallow in action on screen following your swallow study changes everything

If you or someone you care for is navigating swallowing difficulties, you deserve to be a part of creating a plan that actually fits real life.

💬 We’d love to hear from you.
What has your experience with swallowing therapy been like? What helped — or what didn’t?
