Tuesday nights are REALLY tranquil at Team Rehab. 💙

Tonight's sound bath was all about slowing down and staying grounded.

Lately I've been hearing the same thing from so many people... summer feels like it's flying by, everyone is thinking about what's next, and anxiety is stealing the moments we're living right now. So tonight, we let all of that go for a little while.

We settled in beside a crackling campfire, surrounded by the sounds of crystal bowls, crickets and owls, and just allowed ourselves to breathe. To be present. To remember that THIS moment is enough.

Life moves fast on its own. We don't have to help it along by worrying about tomorrow before today is even finished.

Thank you to everyone who spent your evening with me. I never take these nights for granted, and I'm always grateful for every soul I have the privilege of meeting. Getting to do this work truly fills my heart.

Tuesdays are turning out to be pretty tranquil at Team Rehab. 💙

Tonight we escaped to the beach for a little while... listening to the waves, soaking in the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, and just letting ourselves be.

I always love the conversations afterward. Hearing everyone's experiences, sharing our intentions, and supporting one another.

Every group brings something a little different, and I leave feeling grateful every single time. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who joined me this evening. I can't wait to see you all again at our next Sound Bath on Tuesday, July 7! 🩷

Tonight's sound bath at In-Body Connection felt a little extra special in a very personal way.

I realized that somewhere along the way I had started feeling like I always had to be the strong one... the one who had it all together. But tonight, I let that go for a little while. I simply showed up as me and shared my own recent moments of pain and the clarity that came with that pain 🤍

And you know what? It was healing 🥹

After our session, we all sat together and continued sharing our experiences, our hearts, and our stories.

As I drove home tonight, one thought kept running through my mind... I will never stop sharing sound healing with this community.

I'll probably be 111 years old in a nursing home somewhere, still playing my crystal bowls for anyone willing to listen. 🩷 And honestly... I can't imagine a better life than that.

Thank you to every single person who trusted me, and each other!!!! These nights continue to inspire me!! THIS IS why I love doing this so much!!!!!!!

After last night's sound bath, I looked up and was greeted by this incredible view. 🌙✨

What you're seeing here isn't just the crescent Moon. The bright lights surrounding it are actually Venus, Jupiter, and Mercury putting on a rare little show in the evening sky.

One of my favorite parts is the soft glow on the dark side of the Moon. That's called Earthshine, which is sunlight reflecting off Earth and gently illuminating the Moon's shadowed side.

I don't know about all of you, but moments like this always remind me to slow down for a second. Between the hustle of life and everything we carry each day, it's easy to forget just how beautiful the world above us can be.
Not a bad way to end an evening of healing, friendship, and sound. 🩷🌙🩷

Whale songs echoed through the room tonight as we settled into stillness, breath, and sound. 🐋💙

There is something truly special about the beauty of whale song. Its deep, resonant tones seem to invite us to slow down, let go, and reconnect with ourselves in a way that words often can't. And give us a little giggle too 🤭

One of my favorite things about these evenings is seeing how they've become more than just a sound bath. They've become a community. 🩷
