A beautiful reminder that sometimes the things that seem big and a little scary at first can transform into something absolutely breathtaking.

Sometimes you just have to wait for the light to hit it differently. ☺️

Tonight at In-Body Connection, we once again journeyed down into the depths of the ocean to spend an hour with some of our favorite friends... the humpback whales. Their beautiful songs filled the room while I played the crystal bowls, and there was just something so incredibly peaceful about tonight. 🤍

I’m always so grateful for the people who show up and share these experiences with me. New faces. Familiar faces. People who come back again and again. Somewhere along the way, this has started to feel like our own little safe tribe of really amazing humans and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.

Thank you to everyone who spent an hour beneath the waves with me tonight. 🐋🌊🩷

P.S. Tonight is also a lunar eclipse. Apparently, I have developed quite the habit of accidentally scheduling sound baths alongside celestial events. 😂 At this point, I’m just going to accept that the universe likes helping me plan the calendar. Can’t wait to see what it gives us next. 🌙

Nobody wanted to get up after tonight’s sound bath… and I’m taking that as a win. 😂🩷

We had such an amazing night at Team Rehab tonight. Beautiful energy, lots of relaxation, and a little celestial magic as we got ready for the show in the sky tonight. ☄️✨

I learned a lot tonight too, which is one of the things I love about doing this work. Every sound bath teaches me something, and every group brings something completely different to the experience.

I’ll admit, though, tonight was a little bittersweet. This was my last sound bath at Team Rehab for now, and I’m actually pretty sad about it. This space and the people who have joined me here have become such a special part of this journey.

I’m just really, really grateful that I get to do this. To create these experiences, meet incredible people, and watch everyone leave a little more relaxed than when they walked in. 🩷

And judging by how nobody wanted to move tonight… I think we did exactly what we came to do. 😂✨

Ok... just have to say... I am SO excited for Wednesday’s night's Sound Bath. 🌠✨🤩🤩

I've been working on it pretty much all day, playing around with the sounds and perfecting how I want to bring everything happening in the sky into the experience.

And honestly... just practicing it at home had ME feeling soooo relaxed. 😂

I cannot wait to share this one with everyone Wednesday night at Team Rehab. I think it's going to be a magical experience for all who attend. 🌌🌠

This morning I got to do something my heart really needed. 🩷

I have some goodbyes and changes coming over the next few weeks, and honestly, I've been feeling a little down about it all. So I asked some dear friends if I could come out to their beautiful property and do a little sound healing.

I'm so glad they said yes.

When I got there, they had created the most beautiful little space for us right in their meadow... and even had torches lit to bring in the element of fire, which of course made my heart extra happy. 🔥

It was peaceful. It was beautiful. It was magical. And it was exactly what I needed this morning.

I'm just incredibly grateful for friends who open their space, their time, and their hearts when you need it most. ❤️

Thank you for giving me such a beautiful place to just be for a little while.

🌠 What does a shooting star sound like?… I guess there’s only one way to find out. 😉

This Wednesday, August 12th, I’m taking a little inspiration from the sky for our Sound Bath at Team Rehab.

The Perseid Meteor Shower is peaking, the New Moon is giving us a darker sky, AND there’s a solar eclipse happening that day. Apparently the universe decided to be a little extra. 😂

So I’m running with it.

Shooting stars. Color. Celestial sounds. 🌠

I have some really fun ideas for how I’m going to bring this one to life, but I’m not giving those away yet.

You’ll just have to come hear it. 😉
