Tonight’s spooky sound bath at In-Body Connection was such a good one. 👻🩷

We focused on releasing fear and grounding it back into the earth around us… leaving a little more fearless and ready to face all the ghouls, goblins, ghosts, and whatever else October decides to throw our way. 😂

As always, I’m just so grateful for these nights... the people, the community, the energy, and getting to do work that I truly love.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared the space with me tonight. I can’t wait to see you all again in November. 🙏

Today I had the most amazing Reiki and sound healing session with A Nomad's Knead 💜

I was finding myself struggling to do any self healing and honestly just felt frozen... and I knew I needed to reach out to my village for help.

I’m so grateful I did.

Ashley was incredibly gentle, made me feel safe and comfortable, and gave me exactly the space I needed. I walked away feeling so much lighter and more like myself again. 💃

As a Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner myself, I truly believe every practitioner brings something unique to the table... and having lots trusted people you can call on when you need support is invaluable!!!

I walked away one very happy and grateful client. 🩷

My heart is very full this morning. ❤️‍🔥

Today, the Cancer Services Center is sending me to a special four-hour training class to further my education and help me grow even more in the sound healing work I do.

I honestly don't even know how to put into words what that means to me.

When I started volunteering my sound healing services there, I never wanted anything in return. This has always simply been one small way I can give back, help someone breathe a little easier, and hopefully make this world just a little softer for someone who needs it.

I've always believed that if we want to see more kindness, compassion, and change in the world, we have to be willing to be part of creating it.

And now, to have Cancer Services turn around and invest back into me...to believe in me enough to help me grow and learn so I can continue serving others even better 🥹 feels incredibly special.

This is why we take care of each other.

Sometimes you pour into others simply because you can... and somewhere along the way, that love finds its way back to you.

Feeling extremely blessed, grateful, and ready to learn today. 🩷

And just like that, we wrapped up our September sound bath series tonight at In-Body Connection. 🩷

Tonight was extra special because I had the privilege of playing for another clients kiddo, and I cannot even explain how much that made my heart soar.

I absolutely adore our youth. They are growing up in such a busy, loud, sometimes overwhelming world, and if I can provide them with another space to slow down, breathe, feel safe, and experience a little calm… that fills my cup more than I can put into words.

These are the moments that I am aligned!

Thank you to everyone who joined me throughout September and trusted me to create these spaces for you.

I can’t wait to see you all again in October 🩷

Last night was my final Sip & Sound at Ambrosia Orchard, Cidery & Meadery, and honestly… I don’t think I could have asked for a more beautiful way to close it out.

We had a very small, intimate group, and it felt like exactly what was needed. Exactly what was called for.

We had the sunshine, the breeze, crickets and grasshoppers, dragonflies, butterflies, bumblebees, flowers and grass all around us. It truly felt like Mother Nature had wrapped the entire evening in one big hug.

One of my clients even told me there was a little tree frog singing right along with me while I was playing the bowls. How sweet is that? 🥹

And a very special thank you to Christina for joining me with her beautiful gong and other sound healing tools. Having her there added such a special layer to the evening, and I am so grateful she came to share her gifts with us.

There are some nights that are beautiful in the moment… and then there are nights you just know are going to stay with you.

I think last night became one of those core memories for me.

Thank you so much to everyone who came, who listened, who rested, who shared the space, and who helped make our final Sip & Sound something I will never forget. 🩷
