🎀 KNOW YOUR NORMAL: Learn how to check your breasts for changes, including lumps, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, or unusual discharge. If you notice anything unusual, contact your healthcare provider.

🎀 MAMMOGRAM GUIDELINES: The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends that women at average risk receive a screening mammogram every 2 years from ages 40–74. Women with a personal or family history of breast cancer, genetic risk factors, or other concerns may need a different screening plan.
