This role provides health education and case management services to low-income, high-risk pregnant women in Allen County. This position includes conducting home visits to improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce infant mortality.

Ways you can help:
✨ Diaper Bundling – Help bundle and organize diapers at the Diaper Warehouse.
✨ Hopper Helper – Assist at diaper distribution events, rain or shine. Locations vary by date; lifting up to 30 lbs may be required.
✨ Diaper Warehouse Support – Help with quarterly inventory by counting and sorting diapers. Ideal for groups of 6–8; individuals welcome too.
