✨Today is my birthday!

✨I’m grateful for every client, every lesson, every challenge, and every answered prayer that shaped this year

✨I have been thinking about all the things I learned this year and wanted to share some of those thoughts 🙏🏻

-Healing is rarely linear!

-The body is designed to heal itself when the terrain is supported

-God is always listening, even in seasons of uncertainty

-Rest is productive

-Nervous system regulation matters just as much as supplements-if not more!

-Single lab values do not tell the whole story

-Chronic symptoms often have deeper root causes worth exploring

-Gut health impacts far more than digestion

-Detox pathways matter

-What you eat, breathe, drink, and live around: all matter

-Sleep is foundational. Sleep is medicine!

-Stewardship of health is a daily practice

-Small consistent habits outperform extreme protocols

-God created the body with incredible resilience

-Acemannan has been one of my favorite “tools” discovered this year.

-Sometimes the missing piece isn’t another prescription, but asking better questions.

-I have learned that no one will care more about your health than you do.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 as a RN and 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner. What a journey it’s been! I feel truly blessed that my clients have trusted me to guide them in there wellness journeys. What I do each day isn’t just a job-it’s my passion.

I’ve had the honor of working with some incredible nurses who inspire me with their strength, compassion, and dedication. And no matter how challenging our healthcare system becomes, I will continue to show up, advocate, and care-because that’s what we do.

Shortly after I graduated from grad school, I found myself increasingly interested in functional medicine. Its principles resonated deeply with my own health beliefs. However, given my training in allopathic medicine, embracing this new concept presented quite a challenge.
As if by divine intervention 🙏🏻 shortly after launching my business, I connected with two incredible functional practitioners . They generously shared their knowledge, teaching me the ins and outs of functional medicine. This new approach aligned perfectly with my vision for my practice. I wanted to do more than just prescribe medication; I wanted to understand the underlying causes and address root problems.

Today, I am thrilled to announce that I am officially certified as a functional medicine practitioner 🎊🥳 This achievement marks a significant milestone in my professional journey, and I am excited to bring this holistic approach to my practice.
