We’re nearing the end of Week 1 of our step challenge with our friends at Snake River Pediatrics, and Trent & Maren decided to make sure a few of those steps happened on their turf. 😏

Nothing like a little friendly competition to get us moving! 💙

All joking aside, one of our favorite things about this challenge is the reminder to simply GET OUT AND MOVE! The mornings are getting cooler, the fresh air feels amazing, and even a quick walk is good for the body and the mind.

So grab a friend, your spouse, your kiddos, or your coworkers and get outside for a few extra steps this weekend. ☀️🍂👟
