Today, Hand and Physical Therapy of Wyoming celebrated our very first Secretaries Retreat!

It was a fantastic day filled with learning, collaboration, team building, and plenty of laughter! We took time to share ideas, strengthen our skills, build connections across our clinics, and continue growing together as a team.

Our front office staff are truly the heart of our clinics—the friendly faces, welcoming voices, and behind-the-scenes superstars who keep everything running smoothly each day! 🌟

We are so grateful for this incredible group and everything they do for our patients, therapists, and communities.

This weekend, therapists from all 8 of our clinics came together to learn, grow, and sharpen our skills!

We were fortunate to bring the Postural Restoration Institute® Postural Respiration course right to our team. We spent the weekend learning how breathing patterns, rib cage mechanics, posture, and muscle function are interconnected—and how habitual movement and breathing patterns can contribute to asymmetries, compensation, and pain. By learning to recognize these patterns and restore more optimal breathing and movement mechanics, we’re adding even more tools to help our patients move and feel their best.
