Originally from West Virginia, Sam built her nursing career caring for patients across the country before making Grand Junction home. She recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree and is passionate about helping patients live healthier lives through personalized, compassionate care.

When she's not in the clinic, you'll find her playing softball, spending time with family, camping, or enjoying a good book.
