I recently stopped into Kathaleen Parker and picked up these decadent herbal treasures all handcrafted by Kathleen. All I have to say is if you haven’t experienced her products, I *HIGHLY* recommend checking out what she has to offer. They smell amazing and feel deeply nourishing on the body! Kathleen is an absolute delight and her knowledge of herbs is vast. You can find her in Reo Town, Lansing. Her shop is adorable and if you aren’t a local, check out her website!🤍🌿

Join us Thursday mornings from 8:30–9:30 AM for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience where movement, sound, and community come together.

This isn't just a yoga class. It's an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and begin your day with intention through:

🎶 Vibrational sound experiences
