My heart is full since spending the past week immersed in the learnings and wisdom of EcoNIDRA, cocooned in nature with the most amazing women, sinking into self and awakening spaces and places within me that have been guarded and gently tucked away.

Deeply grateful for , , , Leona along with the beautiful group women who were also joined this sacred circle with me. Thank you for holding me in love and tenderness.

Heading to the Netherlands today to go connect with nature and explore a training in led by the beautiful 🌿

A glimmer of light sparked my heart hearing about this certification and when I decided to say ✨YES ✨to this adventure, the Universe provided.
It’s a lifelong lesson, but I am constantly learning and discovering when you can totally let go, trust and have faith (even though it can feel a little scary sometimes) life will often surprise you with miracles that are above and beyond the imagination.

Looking forward to this sacred pause, planting my feet in the earth and awakening my heart to new experiences!
