We rounded out Spring and kicked off the Summer with quite the whimsical experience! Embodiment Series Part 2 really got us in our bodies and in our feels. Everyone brought such thoughtful altar items to represent their childhood, or in many cases, the actual items straight from the 90’s and early 2000’s! It felt so so healing to our inner child. Exactly what we needed and intended.

Kahla even heard from or saw 3 old friends in the following days after! 🤯🤯

Join us for Part 2 of the Embodiment Series, “Embrace your Inner Child: Rediscover your Whimsy” a community collab bringing you our take on healing our inner child in order to balance the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies.

Friday, May 15th 6pm-7:30pm

Come nourished & please bring:
-Comfortable, whimsy clothes to move in
-A water bottle
-Yoga mat or a blanket
-Items to create a mini altar for your younger self (show & tell)
