🚨 **Could Autoimmune Disease Be Reversible?** 🚨

What if everything we've been taught about autoimmune disease is incomplete?

Join me next week for a fascinating conversation with **Larry Powalisz, CEO of Adia Med**, as we dive into some of the most exciting developments in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, and immune system restoration.

We'll be discussing:

🧠 Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
🦠 Autoimmune Disease
🧬 Stem Cell Therapy
✨ Immune System Reset Strategies
🌱 Regenerative Medicine & Healing
🔬 The Future of Autoimmune Treatment

For decades, patients with autoimmune conditions have been told their diseases are lifelong, progressive, and only manageable. But what if there are ways to help the body repair, regulate, and restore immune function?

We'll explore the science, the clinical outcomes, and the possibilities that are changing the way we think about chronic illness.

Whether you're living with MS, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune thyroid disease, or simply interested in the future of medicine, you won't want to miss this discussion.

📅 Coming Next Week
🎙️ Dr. Tamara Lyday & Larry Powalisz, CEO of Adia Med

**The future of medicine isn't just treating disease—it's helping the body remember how to heal.**

Stay tuned for details and bring your questions.

Let’s slay the day

06/04/2026

SOOOOO... have you ever had one of THOSE days?

You know the kind...

The day starts off great.

☕ Coffee and a fantastic conversation with Vibrant Labs.

💪 Meeting with some incredibly strong warriors whose only wish is to get their lives back.

❤️ Helping people heal.

And then...

BOOM.

You get yelled at by a patient when you've done nothing but bend over backwards trying to help.

Then you're racing across town to the country club for an interview because you're working on bringing educational dinners and health events to our community.

Then you finally get home.

You're excited.

You've got your good friend, biohacking pioneer and stem cell expert Larry from Adia Med on the podcast.

We're talking about reversing chronic disease.

We're talking about MS.

We're talking about the future of regenerative medicine.

We're talking about changing lives.

And 25 minutes into what was probably one of the best conversations we've had...

😳😳😳

I realize...

I FORGOT TO HIT RECORD.

OMG.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Have you ever had a moment where you just wanted to repeatedly hit your head into a wall?

Because that was me.

After both of us spent time at the end of a very long day diving into incredible stories, breakthrough science, and the future of healing...

I committed the podcast equivalent of leaving your luggage at the airport.

🤦‍♀️

The good news?

Larry was gracious enough to stick around and give us a short teaser.

And next Tuesday we're doing a complete REDO.

And honestly...

It may end up being even better.

We're going to dive deep into:

🧬 Stem cells and regenerative medicine

🧠 The exciting work being done with autism and neurodevelopment

🩺 Kidney disease improvements

💪 Chronic pain and back injury recovery

🔥 Autoimmune conditions including MS

📈 Upcoming research projects we're hoping to collaborate on

🚀 The future of medicine and what is possible when we stop accepting "there's nothing more we can do"

Trust me...

This conversation is going to be worth the wait.

Drop a ❤️ if you've ever had one of THOSE days where everything seemed to go sideways.

And tell me...

What's the biggest "I can't believe I just did that" moment you've ever had?

He was told he would never get better. He had other plans.
What if one of the most devastating autoimmune diagnoses wasn't the end of the story?

Tonight, I'm sitting down with Larry Powalisz, a man who was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, one of the most aggressive forms of MS.

He was told what his future would look like.

He refused to accept it.

Instead, he went searching for answers.

That search led him into the world of stem cells, immune system rebooting, regenerative medicine, and ultimately a journey that changed the trajectory of his life.

In this conversation, we're diving into:

* What it feels like to hear "you have MS"
* Why he looked beyond conventional medicine
* The treatment that gave him hope
* Stem cells versus immune system reset therapies
* Autoimmunity and root causes
* The future of regenerative medicine
* What every patient battling chronic illness needs to hear

But more than anything...

We're talking about possibility.

Because what if the diagnosis isn't the whole story?

What if there is more healing potential inside the human body than we've been taught to believe?

Trust me.

This is one conversation you do not want to miss.

And we'll make sure you know when the episode goes live.

Sometimes the most powerful stories begin at the moment everything seems lost.

This is one of those stories.

✈️ Traveling as a Moldy: A Survival Guide from Two Professional Mold Sniffers 🐶😂

If you've ever watched your spouse walk into a hotel room, stop dead in their tracks, sniff the air, and say, "Nope..." before the luggage even crosses the threshold...

You might be a moldy.

Gio and I have become what I affectionately call professional mold dogs. We can usually spot (or smell) a problem within minutes.

Our travel routine looks something like this:

✅ Book hotels with NO indoor pool
✅ No carpet if possible
✅ Quick inspection of bathrooms before bags come inside
✅ Sniff test activated immediately
✅ Mold candles lit like we're preparing for a spiritual ceremony
✅ Small ozonator deployed in the bathroom while we're gone
✅ Binders packed like we're smuggling supplements across state lines
✅ Distilled water and Yetis ready for battle

And then there are the Uber rides...

Can we please have a moment of silence for the toxic fragrance trees hanging from rearview mirrors everywhere? 😭

Austin, I'm looking at you.

Four out of five rides last week had enough artificial fragrance to fumigate a small village.

Do I panic?

No.

I crack a window, take my binders, remind my nervous system that I'm safe, and keep living my life.

Because here's the thing:

The goal isn't perfection.

The goal is participation.

You don't have to lock yourself in a mold-free bubble and miss out on life.

Yes, be smart.
Yes, protect yourself.
Yes, bring the charcoal, clay, chlorella, BEG spray, magnesium, detergent, pillowcase, water bottle, and whatever else helps you feel prepared.

But don't let your genes, your diagnosis, or your fear convince you that the world is off limits.

Some of the best medicine isn't found in a supplement bottle.

It's laughing with your spouse in a new city.
Watching a sunset you've never seen before.
Making memories with the people you love.
Giving your nervous system evidence that life is still beautiful.

And honestly?

A little mold exposure here and there is often less harmful than years of believing you're too fragile to live.

Travel smart.

Protect yourself.

But GO.

The world is still waiting for you. ❤️

Traveling as a Mold Warrior: How to See the World Without Sacrificing Your Health "Don't let your genes, your diagnosis, or your past exposures steal your future adventures." One of the most common questions I get from patients is: "Can I ever travel again?" My answer is

What a journey to get to the Beyond Conference with Dave Asprey 🤯✈️

A massive storm outside Austin had us circling in the air for TWO extra hours while fuel levels kept dropping. Eventually we had to divert and land in Houston for another hour before finally making it into Austin at 3 AM.

But wait… it gets better 😂

We arrive exhausted only to discover the rental car counter is CLOSED. “No worries,” we say… “We’ll grab a Lyft.”

One hour… and THREE canceled drivers later… we finally got picked up and crawled into bed at 4:30 AM.

Then up again at 10 AM for our Walmart order because biohackers still need electrolytes and snacks 😅

Now we’re walking to the event, grateful to be here and excited for a few incredible days learning, connecting, and diving deep into the future of health and human performance.

Most adventures don’t start smoothly… but those are usually the ones you remember most.

Excited to spend the next few days with my friend Dr. Gaby and absorb all the wisdom, innovation, and inspiration this event has to offer. 🚀🧠✨
