Reading a nutrition label shouldn't feel like a part-time job.
Here's the truth: you don't need to decode the whole thing. You need two numbers: protein and fiber....and neither one is the calorie count everyone's been trained to stare at.
Protein keeps you full and protects your muscle. Fiber feeds your gut and actually makes food more filling.
Together they tell you the one thing calories never will: is this food going to hold me over, or am I going to be hungry again in an hour?
That's your whole 10-second scan. Protein, fiber, done.
(There's a third thing I always check too healthy fats but labels love to hide it. I break down all three, and where to actually find them, in my free guide. 🔗 in bio.)
Save this for your next grocery run.
