What a beautiful gathering.

Something happens when people come together open, curious, and willing to explore beyond what they've always known.

I'm so grateful for everyone who showed up with presence and heart. And a special thank you to Debbi Dachinger and Neil Gaur for hosting and MCing so gracefully. Your energy held such a grounded, welcoming space for all of us. 💜

Days like this remind me we're in a time of great growth and expansion. Reconnecting with our intuition, with Spirit, with the parts of us that go quiet in the noise of everyday life.

Summer pulls us outward.

Longer days, fuller calendars, more sun and more invitations, and somewhere in all of it, sensitive souls can lose the thread back to themselves.

On the longest day of the year, grounding lets you stay with yourself through all of it. Rooted enough to enjoy the fullness, the long days and the gatherings and the light, without getting swept off your feet. June’s mid-month energy update is here, and the message coming through is bigger than many of us realize. 💫
