✨ What a magical night!
A massive, heart-bursting thank you to everyone who came out for the final summer sound bath of 2026. 🌾💫
​We could not have asked for a more gorgeous evening to sink into the ground, soak up the sweet breeze, and let the earth do what it does best—hold us while we reset. Between the cozy vibes, the natural sounds, and those deep, collective exhales, my heart is totally full.
​Sending you all so much warmth as we prepare to gently glide into the next season. For those that have asked when the next sound journey fill be- the first weekend in fall (9/26), to coincide with the Harvest Full Moon, and Autumn Equinox (Mabon). Save the date & send me a message if you would like a space.

Beach Yoga took a much-needed turn Saturday morning! 🌊✨ There was ☕️/🫖, wildlife everywhere— 🦆🦅and the biggest 🐟 I've ever seen jump out of water, and wonderful friends - sharing, learning, and laughing together.

​Thank you for such a beautiful morning, Mel! 🧘‍♀️🪷 I learned a lot!

Now a little pause. Beach yoga is on hold until after Labor Day when I return from our Barefoot Bungalow!
Watch for my other classes at Bob's Trees and Core Fit to finish out the next week and a half!
