✨ My heart is so full. ✨

After more than a year of dreaming, planning, and trusting the timing, I’m so excited to finally share Yin Yoga & Reiki: A Chakra Journey with the incredible Lisa Síoraíá! Lisa Sioraia 💜 Double Iris Yoga and Massage

Last year, we imagined this as a summer series. Now, it’s blossomed into the perfect Summer/Fall offering, and I truly believe it’s arriving exactly when it’s meant to.
Friday night Yin with Lisa has always been one of my favorite ways to end the week, so it’s such an honor to now offer Reiki during what was Yoga Nidra. I’m beyond grateful to collaborate with someone I admire so much.

Today also marks the first day of my 20th year in public education. As I return to teaching in the classroom, it feels especially meaningful to also be creating a space each week for rest, healing, self-care, and community. I think we could all use a little more of that this time of year. 💛

And for those who know me as Lisa... yes, it’s Double Lisa Energy every Friday night! ✨ It’s going to be so juicy, nourishing, and full of heart.

We would love to have you join us as we journey through the chakras together. I can’t wait to share this beautiful experience with you! 🤍
