✨ POLICY UPDATE | EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026 ✨
As Rocktown Medical Spa continues to grow, we are incredibly grateful for the trust our patients place in us. Over the past year, we’ve experienced a significant increase in appointment requests, and our goal is to continue serving as many patients as possible while maintaining the exceptional level of care you deserve.
To help us maximize appointment availability, reduce last-minute scheduling gaps, and respect the time of both our patients and providers, we are updating our Cancellation, No-Show, and Deposit Policy effective June 1, 2026.
These updates allow us to:
▫️ Offer more appointment opportunities to patients on our waitlist
▫️ Minimize unused appointment times
▫️ Protect dedicated treatment time for every patient
▫️ Continue providing a high-quality experience for all
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate our patients whenever possible. We simply ask for the same consideration and respect for our team’s time that we strive to provide to you.
