Do you love Practical Magic? I do it’s my FAVORITE movie. I love all of the characters and their personalities but Aunt Frances is the woman, I aspire to be. She’s loving,confident, sassy, speaks her truth (kindly) and has a wonderful sense of whimsy & fun!

All of us at Soul Sisters Rising love Practical Magic! We’re so excited for Practical Magic 2, that we’ve changed up our Full Moon gathering this month, to include a Practical Magic vibe. We’ll be doing Sound Bath, Reiki, and we’ll be making Witch Hats, and we’ll have the movie playing in the background. Willow Spring Vineyards is making a Margarita Sangria to keep the vibe festive & fun!

I was unsure if I should post this. It’s silly, but honestly it’s me. I’m silly, goofy and authentically me. So why not share that side of myself? “Happy Cells” are part of a daily routine with me and Lil Dude, he enjoys it and I enjoy doing this with him. It’s fun for us, both 😊
Tapping has been around forever; when you do this on yourself just use 2 fingers, tap the space between your eyebrows (pineal gland) right under the throat notch, right at your belt line (solar plexus) and 2 inches below (sacral)
The words are
“Every single cell inside my body, Every single cell is happy & well. “
After you’ve tapped your sacral chakra
Start back up and do it again
This time we sing/say-(whatever!)
“I’m so glad, I’m so glad that every single cell is happy and well.”

Try it! On your doggos go on their back (about where ribs end) and base of the tail.
This is a fun & special daily activity for me and Lil Dude

How blessed I am, to be able to work with the like minded, talented Soul Sisters Rising. ALL of us bring our different gifts, with the intention of providing an inviting, gentle space of community, peace and healing.
If we haven’t met yet, below is my Bio; this is me.

Meet Lin🌊

Lin is our water...deeply intuitive, compassionate, and someone who truly goes with the flow. Her calm, nurturing presence creates a space where others feel seen, supported, and at ease.

Lin is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in Usui, Holy fire, and Karuna Reiki, as well as a Certified Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master.

She also holds certifications in Crystal Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Cacao Facilitation, Ear Seeds, End of life doula care, and the Love Is in the Earth (Melody Crystal Healing Method).

Her passion for alternative healing began 28 years ago when she watched a beloved family member struggle with pain management and felt there had to be another way. Since then, she’s remained committed to learning, growing, and following her curiosity wherever it leads.

~ Lin’s “Magical Minion,” dog Merlin, is fascinated by energy work and loves being present during distance sessions.

~ She recently got her very first tattoo with her Soul Sisters, a beautiful design featuring the phases of the moon and ocean waves. It’s the perfect reflection of her, as the sea soothes her soul and she’s always felt a deep connection to the moon.

Lin reminds us that healing is a journey, not a destination. If you meet her at one of our gatherings, you’ll experience the gentle, grounding energy that makes her such a special part of Soul Sisters Rising🌕
