For too long, Mississippi parents have carried the weight of unanswered questions, delayed diagnoses, and limited access to specialists. But a new statewide Rare Disease Task Force is shining a light where it’s been dark for far too long — especially in rural communities where care is hardest to reach.

This is more than policy.
This is hope, access, and action for the thousands of Mississippians navigating rare conditions every day.

Allergy season can be tough, but getting your child the care they need shouldn’t be. Medicaid and CHIP help Mississippi families access doctor visits, allergy treatments, inhalers, and the support kids need to stay healthy and active.

What an incredible day for our families! Family Fun Day was overflowing with joy, support, and community love — and it happened because you showed up.
