I did something that feels both exciting and vulnerable.

Today I published my first article on Substack.

The piece began with a simple question: What is beneath the numbness?

What emerged was an unexpected journey into longing, grief, the love of the Mother, and the ancestral threads that connect us to one another.

Writing it brought me to tears. Perhaps because the words felt bigger than me, yet deeply personal at the same time.
