The Hot Spot is a studio space dedicated to the practice of real, authentic Bikram hot yoga--90 minutes, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. We are NOW OPEN in our beautiful new location in the Kingston Plaza! We are located on the Hannaford end, right next door to Edible Arrangements, and a few doors down from Chic's.
