A lack of belief in your ability to succeed is doing more damage than any missed workout.

I see this constantly with clients who are otherwise incredibly disciplined.

They run households, careers, families, without dropping the ball. Then they get to their own body and suddenly they’re “just not consistent.”

That’s not a consistency problem. That’s a belief problem.

Here’s the shift. Stop asking “what plan will finally work.” Start asking “what would a woman who trusts herself do today.”

Small. Unimpressive. Boring, even. That’s usually the answer. Not the intense reset. Not the 5am workout you’ll hate by day three. The boring, doable thing that proves to your brain you’re someone who shows up.

Do that enough times and the identity catches up. Then the results follow, because your biology finally has consistency to work with instead of a new plan every six weeks.

I am not a forever tracker. I want to be really clear about that.

But there is a time and a place for tracking, and it’s usually at the beginning when we’re trying to get honest about what’s actually going in.

Here’s what I have clients do. Track everything for three days. Not perfectly. Not forever. Just three days of honest data.

Two things happen in that process.

First — we actually find out how much food your body needs to lose fat, maintain muscle, and feel good. Not a generic number from an app. A real starting point based on what you’re currently eating and where we need to go.

Second — and this one surprises people every time — the act of tracking alone tends to reduce unnecessary eating. Not because you’re restricting. Because you’re creating a pause between the desire to eat something and the decision to eat it.

That pause is powerful.

A lot of eating happens on autopilot. The handful of something while you’re making dinner. The finishing what’s left on your kid’s plate. The snack you didn’t really want but grabbed anyway.

Tracking doesn’t judge any of it. It just makes it visible. And visible things are a lot easier to work with than invisible ones.

Three days. That’s all I’m asking. Not a lifestyle. Just a starting point. 🧡

19 pounds in 10 weeks. And I want to be really clear about why.

Not because she pushed harder than the plan required. Not because she white knuckled her way through it. And not just because of the 💉 she added at week 6.

Because she changed the things that actually needed to change. And then she was consistent.

That's it. That's the whole secret.

Two weeks removing inflammatory foods. Three weeks dialing in her protein, increasing her strength training, and getting honest about quantities. By week 6 she had built the foundation. So we added the lowest dose of medical weight loss support to help her go further.

Weeks 6 through 10? Consistency. Nothing dramatic. Nothing extreme. Just showing up for the plan she'd already proven she could follow.

Here's what I want you to know about medical weight loss. I don't recommend it until I know a client can get her nutrition and training dialed in first. The pep tide is a tool that amplifies what's already working. It's not a replacement for the work.

And I have just as many clients getting incredible results without medical support at all. It completely depends on your goals, your history, and what makes sense for your body specifically.

What doesn't change regardless? The nutrition. The strength training. The consistency.

Those are always the whole game.

If you're ready for an approach that actually makes sense for your body DM me "READY" and let's talk. 🧡

Here’s what I want you to take from this today. If you’re achy AND tired AND your sleep is trash AND the scale is stuck, those aren’t four separate problems. That’s one system asking for support.

You don’t need to overhaul your whole life to feel better. You need to know which piece is actually driving the bus.

The woman eating oatmeal + protein powder + PB + blueberries is doing really good.

But add riced cauliflower, an egg, and a seed mix (chia, flax, sesame, h**p) and you’ve turned a good breakfast into breakfast with a side hustle.

The cauliflower adds volume and fiber for basically zero calories. The egg brings choline, which your liver and brain both love. The seeds bring fiber, healthy fats, and a lignan boost that’s basically a love letter to your hormones.(yes please, hi perimenopause)

It has about 150 more calories and I want you to know that the lowest calorie option is NOT automatically the best option.

More fiber, more micronutrients, more staying power.

And yes, I put riced cauliflower in my oatmeal. I know how that sounds. 😅 But I PROMISE you cannot taste it.

Small swaps, bigger staying power. This is the kind of tweak I build into every plan for my clients.

I’m not just a coach. I’m the person who looks deeper. 🧡

Nobody tells you this in a 15 minute appointment.

Gut dysbiosis doesn’t usually happen out of nowhere. It builds slowly, from antibiotics you took years ago, chronic stress, low fiber intake, alcohol, even one bad case of food poisoning that never fully resolved. Your gut bacteria shift, the bad guys get more real estate, and your body starts running on inflammation instead of digestion.

Here’s the part that made me obsessed with this stuff. The test that actually catches this is called a GI-MAP. It’s a stool test that looks at your microbiome, gut infections, inflammation markers, even digestive enzyme output. It is not something your P*P is pulling out during your annual physical.

And gut dysbiosis is just one piece. Cortisol, thyroid, blood sugar, all of it can be quietly running your metabolism while standard labs call you “fine.”

I’m not just a coach. I’m the person who looks deeper. 🧡

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my free guide, Fit But Stuck After 40, it breaks down the real reasons metabolism stalls after 40 and the labs that actually catch them.

The “eat less, move more” advice you followed for twenty years wasn’t a personal failure.

It was just bad information, everywhere, all the time.

Your metabolism isn’t punishing you. It’s just finally showing you what all that following the rules actually cost.

And that’s the part that gets me fired up. You did what you were told. You were disciplined. You showed up. The plan was the problem, not you.

Which means the fix isn’t more willpower. It’s a completely different approach, and that’s what gets your body working with you instead of against you.

I’m not just a coach. I’m the person who looks deeper. 🧡
