Meet Emmy!

Longtime fitness and wellness enthusiast, Emmy spent years focused on high-intensity training and running before falling in love with Pilates for its intentional approach to strength, movement, and mind-body connection. She brings upbeat energy, thoughtful programming, and music-driven
flows to every class.

Outside of the studio, Emmy works full-time in marketing in NYC and is almost always curating her next playlist.

Fun Fact: I’m terrified of heights, but I’ve been skydiving and hot air ballooning

You do so much more than teach Pilates classes; you create a space where we all feel stronger, more confident, supported, and connected.
