I’m a liver and detox coach. I shouldn’t be having a histamine reaction. Or maybe my body is purging.

It’s the first time since I was 25 that I haven’t been drinking. I speak with spirit daily, working on my energetic body, clearing it. And I’m processing my first real heartbreak since I was 19. So there’s that.

Six weeks since my last Reset, and my body is telling me stuff has moved and is ready to release. So I’m Resetting again.

High blood pressure is scary because it’s tied to our hearts and our lives. By no means do we want you going off your blood pressure medicine until you feel safe, but cleaning your liver has helped so many people in our program.

HRT adds the hormone. It doesn’t clear the one that’s already in there.

That’s just another function your liver does. The old hormones exit through bile. But it goes past that. New hormones balance when your pancreatic juices mix with Bile. It’s all about Bile.

If you’re feeling the peaks and valleys, at least you know you’re alive, right?

But our body does ride every inch of it. On the drop, it floods with adrenaline and cortisol, the same chemistry as the roller coaster, and our liver is the organ that clears it out.

When we step off the ride, we shake it off and the liver clears it. But if we don’t release it, and we keep replaying that breakup with anger, that weight makes a dent, then another, and another.

We don’t need to stop living. We just need to learn how to release.

Why puffy eyes happen:
• Puffy eyes, water bags, and dark circles under the lower eyelids come from major congestion in the liver, kidneys, and intestines

• When stones block the bile ducts, circulation and lymphatic drainage slow down

• That blockage stops the lymph from draining the head and face, so liquid waste and fluid pool under your eyes

• If the bags are chronic and hold fat instead of just fluid, the congestion and inflammation are deeper, in the lower abdominal organs and excretory pathways

What a liver Reset does:
