We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, leads by example, and is committed to providing quality, person-centered support to adults with IDD.

Previous IDD experience and current DSP certifications are required. Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

✨Team Spotlight | Sameca Ingram✨

Meet Sameca Ingram, a valued member of the I am Me Services team!

Sameca brings more than 10 years of experience in human services, with a strong background supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), behavioral health needs, and other support needs. Her experience includes person-centered support, community engagement, crisis intervention, and helping individuals build independence in their daily lives.

Sameca holds an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She also brings experience in care coordination, documentation, advocacy, and supporting individuals in both residential and community-based settings.

Her compassion, experience, and person-centered approach are reflected in the support she provides each day. We appreciate the positive contribution she continues to make to our team and the individuals we support.

Meet Emanuel “Manny” Conway, a valued member of the I am Me Services team!

Manny brings more than four years of experience in the field, along with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his credential as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). He has experience supporting individuals with higher support needs and brings knowledge, patience, and consistency to the work he does.

Committed to continued professional growth, Manny is also pursuing his Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential.

We’re grateful to have Manny as part of our team and recognize the experience, dedication, and commitment he brings to the individuals we serve.
