Did you know?

Peptides are one of the hottest topics in medicine right now.

Some peptides have good research behind them.
Some have early, promising data.
And some are being marketed way ahead of the science.

Not every peptide is safe.
Not every peptide does what social media claims.
And “natural” doesn’t automatically mean it’s risk-free.

Before I recommend any treatment, I ask:
• Is there good human research?
• Is it safe?
• Do the benefits outweigh the risks?
• Is there an FDA-approved option that has stronger evidence?

Just because something is trending doesn’t mean it’s the best choice for your health.

The goal isn’t to try everything.
The goal is to choose what actually works—and what has enough evidence to support it.
