Omega House is Hiring a Clinical Manager (Full-Time)
Join a mission‑driven team providing compassionate end‑of‑life care.
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)
• Michigan RN license
• 5+ years clinical or hospice experience
• Leadership/management background
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills. Ability to handle stress, support residents and families, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Must be reliable, flexible with hours, and comfortable with hospice philosophy. Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
Role Highlights:
• Lead and mentor clinical staff
• Oversee resident care and quality improvement
• Coordinate with hospice agencies
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations
• Support residents, families, and care teams
• Maintain clinical policies, medical records, and facility standards
• Assist with fundraising and provide leadership support
