Which Waist Size Are You? S / M / L / XL?

Many people focus only on the number on the scale, but your waist measurement can tell you much more about your body shape.

Measure your waist and see where you fall:

• Size S: Under 70 cm — a more defined shape with less excess fat, often requiring only minor refinement.
