Struggling with Core Strength & Low Back Pain? 💥 Here is where we would start!

This bird dog + ball press helps you properly connect to your core & breath while keeping a neutral spine. So good! 😁

Focus on breathing OUT and drawing your belly button up & into your body (towards your spine). Hold this engagement while you move your leg out. Reach your leg long (not high). Only breathe in & let go of our core once you are back in hands & knees. Then reset & repeat.

SLOW it down! Practice 2 x 10-12 reps each side.
