Before this session a client asked me, “Will you be able to feel how stressed I am when I come in?” Although I can often sense when someone is carrying a lot of stress, my focus is never on the stress itself. My intention is to create a space where you can safely let go of what you’ve been carrying and shift into a deep state of relaxation. One of my favorite parts of every session is witnessing that moment when everyone in the room finally softens, releases, and allows themselves to simply rest. We don’t realize how much tension we’ve been holding in our bodies until we experience what it feels like to let it go. There is something powerful about choosing rest before our bodies force us to slow down. It is a gift to give ourselves that time to pause, reset, and receive. ✨💕🫶
