Melissa Bunce, a Certified Aromatherapist & Herbalist, has created a line of hand blended essential oil products for the Body, Mind & Spirit. Only wild harvested or certified organic ingredients are used to uphold the highest quality for her customers. Melissa started teaching essential oil blending classes again in 2015. The initial class, The Basic 5 Essential Oils, focuses on the proper usage &

I am feeling called to offer my guided Yoga Nidra meditations once again. My next offering is onFriday, May 1st from 6-7:30.

The Full Moon Yoga Nidra will be offered on or around the full moon and will include an additional 15 minutes for community discussion on the energetics of the full moon.

*All props are provided: yoga mat, cushions, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and more. Space is limited to six people, so please register to hold your spot. The link is in my bio - be sure to click on the full moon offering. Here are my other upcoming dates:
