Transitions Wellness & Performance Center Floating in a tank with water and 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt is excellent for a variety of reasons including chronic pain, stress, meditation and many more.

Flotation tanks, also known as Sensory Deprivation or Isolation Tanks, are a lightless and sound proof tank that allows you to float like a cork in 10" of water with 1,000 lbs of medical grade Epsom salt diluted in it. This allows all of your senses to be deprived, including removing gravity, which has many benefits including relaxation, meditation, helping with pain and stress, as well as other a

lternative medical benefits. One typically floats for an hour minimum, but 1.5 and 2 hour floats are also available. Please let us know if you have any questions at all, and we look forward to seeing you!
