Last year, I became an ICF Mentor Coach. As much as I love coaching, I love training and facilitating even more. So I thought that mentor coach would be a great role for me. In my certification program, I connected with another attendee, Denice Hinden. When we talked outside class, she asked me what I had planned for the certification. I launched into a long-winded, passionate speech that had me certain I would never hear from this person again. Instead, she asked if I wanted to build something together.
Over the last year, Denice and I met nearly every week to build this Mentor Coach program and get it certified by ICF for 10 CCEs and 10 mentor coach hours. A friendship blossomed, and so did a program that I think is something really special. I'm excited to share it with you now!

I've never been great about taking photos. My dad died when my son was five months old. I only have one picture of him with me and my son. It's a blurry selfie. I'm sad that my son didn't get to experience much of his grandfather. But he has his own GREAT Dad.
Today I'm celebrating the two most important dads in my life- mine and my son's. But to all of you mourning fathers lost or unknown, I see you.
