If you are looking for an exercise that you can do with a Kettlebell (and even a dumbell if you are at a hotel), this core exercise can almost pose as a "once-size-fits-all".

It helps to balance your core muscles is a dynamic frontal/transverse plane of motion (meaning you are working your core to the side of your body on an axis) which is highly needed in today's sagittal plane dominant society (meaning we are always operating to the front of us while on a computer etc).

Do you give yourself the credit that you deserve?

Think about how hard we are on ourselves as a society.

We are addicted to perfectionism.

We are addicted to "one-upping" of ourselves and others.

We are addicted to perpetual competition with ourselves and others.

I am not saying that there is not a time and place for all of these in their appropriate context.

But if we are not careful, we can find ourselves in the deep end of self-judgment and comparing ourselves to others.

I challenge you to take a moment today to appreciate your efforts for what you do.

Give yourself some credit.

It is high time that you do.

Every American That Works Should Do This Exercise Daily...

In this video you will learn an invaluable exercise that will help relocate and "neutralize" your shoulder joint, that has likely been abused with too much 21st Century living of staring at a computer or phone, or driving so much.

What is are your thought about genetics?

A) Genetics are everything. I just hope that my genes are good because there is not much I can do about them.

B) I know that lifestyle factors can play a small role, but for the most part genes determine my health and wellness.

C) My genes are certainly important and can make a huge difference in my life, but I also feel like I have a lot of power over how they express themselves positively or negatively.
