Sometimes if we feel as though we are not being heard, acknowledged and understood, we feel depleted, lost or disrespected.

Always remember that it takes 2 people to converse that live in 2 different "worlds". I emphasize worlds because everyone is subjective to their own experience thus creates their own "world".

Always remember thoughts/ideas illicit an emotion. We are an emotional civilization built on ideals but fail to realize that emotions are only surface level symptoms of the problem. Emotions are like an alarm system to our mechanics (ideas). Acknowledge the emotion (alarm off), review the thought behind the emotion (location of intrusion).

Being objective rather than subjective in helping others helps healers to maintain a healthy boundary and prevent "worlds" from colliding with one another. We see the light at the end of the tunnel, but those who need healing are stuck in an emotional sea of waves that is drowning their senses from seeing the shore line or the light. We cant give them the answers but we can give them the tools to use. We cant force them to use the tools but we can continue giving them tools until one resignates with him/her.
